Another fast-growing city in the DFW Metroplex is Frisco, TX. Located about 25 miles away from both Dallas airports, and along the Dallas North Tollway, this is a suburb located away from the big urban centers. It serves as a sort of home base upon which many renters and homeowners commute back and forth from both Dallas and Fort Worth. With 36 parks, be sure your familiar with the trails in the area. Top Neighborhoods w/ Rental Properties
Warren Parkway/Legacy Drive
This section of town is home to some of the most expensive parts. It is home to those whose professionals are higher up the food chain. Executives and manager are going to occupy residences here.
Lolaville Vacancy rates are going to be low here. It’s a highly desirable part of town. You are close to Stonebriar Centre and IKEA.
Southern Hills/Augusta Drive
This area features larger 3 and 4 bedroom homes. There are also a few modern properties. Rents here are going to be some of the highest in the city.
It is truly amazing and will offer you lots of culture. With so much to offer, it’s easy to see why so many are moving here. Everyone one wants to move to here, and it can be seen via the explosion of the population.
