Although there are park and ride options, it’s just t0o expansive to rely on public transportation.

Apartment Pricing in Spring: What to Expect
Many times the pricing will depend on the age of the apt complex and the square footage. If you are looking for new property for rent, you will need to budget around the mid to upper $800 range. 2 bedrooms listings will start over $1000, but it’s not unheard of to secure some results in the $900’s. You should know that rental pricing is going up. It’s still cheap, but the word is out.
If you travel a little farther north on the highway, you will find apartments in the Woodlands and Conroe. Communities now are charging for trash pick up, pet rent, and requiring renters to have a valid policy for renters insurance. If you have a tight budget, you will need to factor these said fees in.
Apartments not your thing? Townhouses and lofts are great alternatives. Finding a private rental can be a little more work on your end. An apartment locator can provide you with many options that might meet your needs and expectations. Or just drive around and keep your eyes open.
Spring Pet Parks
Many renters are also pet owners. And every pet owner knows a dog park provides a valuable service. Punt Park boasts a dog park, miles of trails, picnic tables, and two lakes. It’s certainly worth a look if you are a pet owner.
